Nano Magnesium supplied by Noble Naturals is a high absorption magnesium.

Daily amount: 10 ml per day (= 1 tablespoon)

Children 6 to 12 years:
Daily amount: 20 ml per day (= 2 tablespoons)

30 ml nano magnesium is equivalent to 125 mg magnesium bisglycinate (%RI* 100%) *Reference Intake (RI)

Do not exceed the stated daily dose.
