Muira Puama is one of the most famous of South American trees – and the bark has been used for literally hundreds of years by rainforest people.

Powdered Muira Puama (Ptychopetalum olacoides) bark from Brazil. Capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose

Usage:4 capsules per day. Take two capsules in the morning and a further two before retiring in the evening. Do not exceed the maximum recommended daily dosage. For child dosage, consult your practitioner. (60 capsules)
