Wild-caught Marine collagen (Type 1) 

Instructions for use:

Take 1 serving (approx 3 x 5ml level tsps) 1-3 times per day with or between meals. Mix with at least 200ml of water or juice. Can be used in warm drinks such as coffee or ginger tea. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
