As a food supplement, using the dropper add 0.5ml once or twice daily to food or drink (or directly into mouth). Children 4+ years take 0.5ml daily. Do not exceed stated dose unless recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Store in a cool dry pIace, out of the sight and reach of children. Once open, keep refrigerated and use within 6 months.
