Salvia sclarea: from the plant family Lamiaceae

Propeties: anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, relacing, sedative, tonic, uplighting and hypotensive.

In massage Clary Sage is used to alleviate oily skin, relax muscles and relieve musckle fatigue. Especially good oil for female maladies and often found in blend aimed at alleviating symptoms of PMT and menopause.
